The purpose of Mid-America Horse Show Association is to organize, promote and administer equestrian shows and competitions as a means to support and develop amateur athletes for national competition; to promote an environment for members to fully realize their capabilities and enjoy their involvement with American Saddlebreds, Hackney Ponies, Road Horses and other equine breeds; to promote the proper and humane care of horses; to foster public interest in equestrian events; and to carry on all activities to achieve those ends.
